Starting with My Vision: A Dream Life Story for 2025


I wanted a clear vision for my year, so I turned to ChatGPT to help me outline my goals. The process was simple but powerful:

    "Hey ChatGPT! I want to create my goal and vision for 2025. Please guide me through this process by asking me 10 questions one by one, and when I'm done answering the 10th question, please write my dream life story for 2025, what my 2025 affirmation will be, and then my top 5 goals are broken down by relationship, business, family, money, body, and life."


By answering these questions, I broke down my life goals into clear categories, allowing me to see my vision in every area of my life—from personal relationships to financial growth and everything in between.


Turning Vision into Action: A Daily Schedule


With my goals in place, I needed a daily plan to make it all happen. ChatGPT made it easy to create a schedule that aligned with my goals. No more guessing what to do next:

    "Can you put this in a daily schedule and also create a goal tracker? Put this into a table that I can copy or download."


This daily schedule and goal tracker turned my aspirations into tangible actions. Every day, I know exactly what I need to focus on. With everything mapped out, consistency is no longer an issue.


Reflecting on the Journey: A Letter to My Future Self


At the end of the year, I wanted to reflect on my progress. ChatGPT helped me craft a letter to myself that I’ll open on December 1st, 2025, reflecting on the past year’s achievements:

    "Can you now turn all of this into a letter to myself that I will open on 1st December 2025, as if it's reflecting on the year and at the bottom have clear vanity metrics of where I started today and when I am on the 1st December 2025?"


This letter serves as a motivational milestone, keeping me accountable and reminding me of how far I've come.


Creating a Dream Life Book


To make my dreams tangible, I decided to create an interactive dream life book. With ChatGPT’s help, I mapped out the structure:


  • Prompt:

    "I'm going to pull all of this into a dream life book that I'm going to print. I want to make it interactive, so start with dream story, visual page of my vision, the top goals, a page for each goal as a tracker, and then a 1/2 page for each for maybe gratitude/habit tracker etc... can you map this out for me?"


This book will keep me focused, tracking my daily habits and goals, ensuring I stay consistent and motivated throughout the year.

Staying consistent is hard—especially when life gets tough. ChatGPT helped me prepare for those challenging moments by guiding me through exercises that ensured I stay focused:

    "Great. As I plan my dream life, considering everything you've shared about me, the success of people reaching their goals, how can I ensure I hit my goals? Can you guide me in 5 questions, one by one, and once I’ve answered them all, remind me how I keep going when times are hard, when things are tough, and when I feel like I can’t do it?"


ChatGPT provided answers to my questions, giving me a strategy to stay resilient and continue pushing forward when challenges arise.


Visualizing My Goals: Creating a Vision Board


To stay focused on my goals, I knew I needed something to visualize my dreams every day. ChatGPT helped me gather the imagery and elements needed for my vision board:


  • Prompt:

    "Now you know all of this, from the highs to the lows, my goals, my habits, the schedule, and dream journal. I now need to create a vision board that I will see every day. Please give me a list of all the imagery, 10 key words, my affirmation, and anything else you think I would need to go and design this."


This vision board keeps me inspired and focused, helping me stay connected to my goals.
