A BLEND OF PSYCHOLOGY, ART & DESIGN
MY CREATIVE JOURNEY
I’ve always been fascinated by visuals in all their forms. My journey has been a mix of diving deep into creative fields, switching gears when curiosity strikes, and finding connections between my passions.

EARLY BEGINNINGS
GROWING UP
Drawing was my first love—it’s one of my earliest memories and something that stuck with me.
2011: I started studying psychology at university. Learning about human behavior added a new dimension to my love for visual storytelling.
EXPLORING DESIGN
2013 - 2015
Took breaks from university and discovered graphic design. I started with Photoshop and Illustrator, which opened doors to other creative tools for animation, video editing, and even shader coding. Over time, I realized graphic design wasn’t my true calling—it often felt limiting, as market demands leaned toward functional rather than imaginative work. I wanted to create beyond those constraints, which led me to explore new paths.
2016
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My thesis, "Social and Cultural Markers in Superheroes," focused mainly on Wonder Woman and 40-45 superheroines from DC Comics. It explored how culture and society shape superhero characters and their physical appearance. It was a fun blend of psychology and my love for visuals.
FREELANCING ADVENTURES
2017
I started freelancing, creating graphic designs and digital paintings. But I’m someone who thrives on learning, so I kept looking for new challenges.
2018
Augmented reality (AR) became my obsession. I was initially inspired by friends in the AR space who created stunning and innovative work that felt like art itself. Seeing their creations sparked a realization: AR could be more than just functional; it could be an artistic medium. Fueled by curiosity, I immersed myself in hackathons, contests, and endless research—scouring comment sections and Twitch live streams for insights to learn and grow.
BRINGING AR TO LIFE
2021 - 2022
Collaborated with a creative studio to design AR effects for beauty brands, focusing on projects that allowed users to interact with products in innovative ways. These projects blended technical precision with creative storytelling, offering unique, interactive brand experiences.
2021
I launched my own AR-focused company in my country, introducing something new to the local market. It was an exciting start, though political challenges put things on hold.
REDISCOVERING HAND-ON CREATIONS
2022
Shifted focus back to physical art—knitting, crocheting, and clothing design. Working with my hands felt refreshing and deeply rewarding.
2024
Started my clothing brand, Only Dolly. It’s all about creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces—each item is made only once. The brand combines knitted and crocheted work with reworked clothing, giving second, third, or even fourth lives to garments by transforming them into something truly special. This approach ensures that every piece carries its own story and has the potential to live for decades with its owner. For me, Only Dolly is a space of complete creative freedom—a place where I can craft whatever inspires me at the moment and then share it with the world.
